GERMAN WWII BLOCKADE BREAKER BADGE - NEAR MINT CONDITION

A superb example of the Kriegsmarine Blockade Breaker badge, with all of the grey patinated finish remaining on the Blockade Breaker ship, with all of the silvering complete to the Art Deco eagle on the bow of the ship; the chain is picked out in a lighter silver. On the reverse side, typical Schwerin reverse with wide tapering pin, original hook and hinge, with the Berlin designer's name above the Schwerin Berlin maker in raised relief.
