German WWII Bar to the Iron Cross Second Class of WWI

A scarce and desirable combination featuring a fine quality 1914 Iron Cross Second Class, fitted with the Austrian wrap-style ribbon. Attached to the ribbon is the second type 1939 bar to the Iron Cross of WWII, which retains nearly all of its original matte silvered finish. There is slight toning visible to the left side of the ‘1939’ tablet and the tip of the right-hand wing.
