German WWII Assault Gun Trousers

An excellent condition pair of rare trousers designed specifically for wear with the field grey-green wrap-over assault gun tunic. The cloth retains superb nap throughout. The waistband has been modified with two V-shaped inserts to accommodate a larger wearer than originally intended. Complete with its concealed three-pronged herringbone twill belt and steel buckle. Features include two front angled pockets with flaps, a fob pocket, all original pressed board fly buttons, and twin rear pockets with buttoned flaps. Clearly RB-numbered with full size stamp and depot issue mark ‘F (Frankfurt) 44’.
