German WWII Kyffhauserbund Cap

A well-preserved dark blue Kyffhauserbund visor cap, completely free of moth damage. The central band features an intricate intertwining of the Kiel Lighthouse memorial and swastikas. Standard strap with the characteristic wide-rimmed visor edge. The insignia shows the Kiel Lighthouse at the center of the cockade, above an edelweiss, with a miniature version of the lighthouse emblem also applied. The cap retains its standard leather sweatband and an original interior label reading ‘DRKV Kyffhauserbund Mutz.’ Faint remains of the upper crown insignia are visible, with slight traces of the swastika still discernible.
