GERMAN WWII ARMY TRANSPORT OFFICERS OVERSEAS CAP

A very nice service worn, possibly size 58. The nap is thin to the exterior parts, the nap is excellent beneath the side curtains. Silver waffenfarbe to the crown area and the front scallop of the cap. Fitted with its correct Bevo woven silver flat wire army officers eagle with bullion central cockade. Light blue inverted V waffenfarbe indicating transport and supply units. Grey brown satin lining with a leather forehead sweatband. No moth damage. Minor oxidisation and shredding to the silver waffenfarbe in the crown area at the very back end of the cap. Some minor stitched repair to the waffenfarbe just above the officer's eagle.
