German WWII Army Panzer Man’s or NCO Visor Cap

A textbook example of the classic German Army Panzer visor cap, featuring the desirable saddle-shaped profile in standard issue field-grey grained cloth.

The cap is piped in pink Waffenfarbe to the crown and both edges of the dark green centre band, denoting Panzer branch service. It is fitted with a matched set of national eagle and cockade, along with a standard oval-buckle chinstrap held by domed black side buttons. Minor moth nips are visible to the crown but do not detract from the overall display quality.

The interior is lined in russet brown cloth with a silver-stamped size marking "56" to the centre of the crown. The tan leather sweatband remains complete, though it shows two period tears—one at the forehead area and one on the left-hand side near the peak.

A solid and honest example of a Panzer enlisted or NCO visor, becoming increasingly harder to find in untouched condition.
