German WWII Army Panzer Enlisted Man’s Visor Cap

A small-sized, saddle-shaped enlisted or NCO Panzer visor cap, constructed in the desirable fluffy heavyweight material. The cap features pink piping to the crown and upper and lower sections of the dark green centre band, with only two minor nibbles to the rear lower section of the pink waffenfarbe. Likely a size 54–55, it is fitted with a matched set of stamped aluminum national eagle and cockade, along with a double-buckle enlisted/NCO leather chinstrap and standard fibre peak. The interior dark brown ersatz sweatband remains intact, while the light grey satin lining retains a large centre celluloid lozenge stamped with the ‘Halle’ manufacturer or retailer details.
