GERMAN WWII ARMY OFFICERS M 43 CAP

Possibly the best officers M 43 cap we have had in a long time, unmarked in size but on test size 57 or 58. Nice quality issue officers' cloth, no moth holes or moth tracking anywhere on the cap. Silver waffenfarbe to the upper crown, a one-piece officer quality silver Bevo wire weave eagle and cockade, twin silver pebble buttons to the front. The interior is lined completely in a dark grey satin, with very faint traces of an original RB number to the crown. Complete with its officers' half-moon-shaped leather forehead sweatband. It will be very difficult to improve the quality of this iconic cap.
