Absolutely mint blade by Alcoso, Solingen, all of the square edges to the flat top on both sides of the blade are sharp, with the edges nice and clean. Good bright cross-grain finishing. All of the fittings, which include the upper pommel, cross guard and scabbard, all matching in colour and quality. Deep orange grip, which is without any cracking or damage. Fitted with a set of officers' hanging straps, deluxe type, which have unfortunately slightly oxidised.
