German WWII Army M42 Single Decal Combat Helmet

A virtually unused E.T. 64 M42 helmet, retaining all of its original paint finish. The army decal is complete and untouched, with only minor rust bleed around one liner retaining rivet head and the lower rim of the shell. To the interior, the oval ink dome stamp is present. The size 56 rubber-stamped liner shows good light leather colour, with original drawstring fitted. Faint stampings remain on the near-mint chinstrap, and the batch number is weakly stamped.
