GERMAN WWII ARMY M 42 COMBAT HELMET

A stamped size E 64 shell, having its army decal all complete and clear, with a minor loss of paint to the crown area and other scratches overall. The helmet has obvious signs of barn or shed storage, completely dry to the inside. The liner is all intact, with the exception of one tongue to the leather; only half of the leather strap remains intact, and the drawstring is also complete but not attached to many of the tongues. To the interior rear skirt of the shell, the batch number is visible to 2499.
