GERMAN WWII ARMY M.40 SINGLE DECAL COMBAT HELMET

Q64 shell. A form of camouflage has been created on the exterior with a light spray of a shade of mild green in patches. The army decal is clear, but it has faded. The paint remains on all of the three liner retaining rivet heads. Complete with its M.40 zinc-banded liner. The inner liner shows wear but is all complete and undamaged, all stitching strong with an original drawstring. A 1940-dated chinstrap has been added to the helmet; the condition of the chinstrap is cleaner than the interior liner, but it is an original chinstrap. An indistinct batch number, which appears to be either 5650 or 5050 stamped into the rear skirt.
