German WWII Allach Laying Fawn

A superb, undamaged example of the coloured Allach laying fawn. This piece is in pristine condition with vibrant, original colours. The base is marked with the designer’s name, Professor T.H. Karner, and Model No. 41, with the SS runes cast in white within the octagonal base. Introduced in 1936, production is believed to have been extremely limited, with only 86 painted examples reportedly made, though this figure cannot be confirmed. Measures 16 cm in height and 19 cm in width.
