GERMAN WWII 1939 SAAR MOTORING DAY PLAQUE

A very nice all-gilded flat with three gilded area plaques surmounted by the NSKK insignia. Frankfurt maker's mark on the reverse side, measuring 9cm in circumference. No mounting holes but probably presented in a presentation case.
