German WWII 1939 Bar to the Iron Cross 2nd Class of WWI

A crisp example of the 1939 Bar to the Iron Cross 2nd Class, complete with its original ribbon and all four fixing pins intact. The reverse is stamped L13, confirming manufacture by Paul Meybauer, Berlin. A well-preserved piece with strong detail throughout.
