GERMAN WWI SAXON REGIMENT NUMBER 133 ENLISTED MAN’S PICKLEHAUBE

A nice untouched battlefield pickup and bring back enlisted man’s helmet for the King's Saxon Regiment  9 and 10. Stamped size 57  the skull is in excellent condition, the front and rear peaks both firmly affixed to the main body with congealing on both peaks, all of the brass fittings have subdued in colour, original Saxon style non-serrated edge state and national cockades, original chinstrap, the front peak trim has the usual kinks, the nine tongued interior liner is all complete with its drawstring, stamped to the interior rear peak within a rectangle block 133. R.R with an indistinct date below. Other markings of Saxon Regiment 134 with Armee Korps XIX, with a stamped size 57 close to the Regimental markings.
