German WWI Prussian Guard Aviators Tunic

A fine example of a Prussian Guard friedensrock in standard grey-green officer quality material. The long red and white Guard litzen are fitted to the collar, with matching litzen to the lower cuffs, showing only minor loose stitching. All Prussian other ranks hollow back buttons are present and matching. The tunic is fitted with dove grey shoulder boards featuring an applied winged propeller and embroidered number ‘5’ below, denoting the 5th Aviation Unit. Standard red-piped skirted back, with no moth damage anywhere. A very clean and well-preserved example.
