GERMAN WWI PRUSSIAN GUARD AVIATORS TUNIC

A standard Prussian Guard frieze, normal grey-green officer quality material. Long red and white Guard litzen to the collar, also matching litzen to the lower cuffs, with some stitching to the litzen loose. All matching Prussian other ranks hollow back buttons. Fitted with a set of dove grey shoulder boards with applied wing propeller and embroidered number ‘5’ below indicating 5th Aviation Unit. Standard Prussian skirted back, red piped. No moth anywhere on the tunic. A fine example.
