GERMAN WWI OLDENBURG FRIEDRICH AUGUST CROSS 1914 1ST CLASS

This is the scarce prinzen size 4cm version of the Oldenburg equivalent of the Prussian Iron Cross. This is the reduced size worn by senior German officers who already had a considerable of number of awards worn on the chest. Steel grey finish with crown in the top arm of the cross, large ‘FA’ in the centre.
