German WWI Mecklenburg-Strelitz Grenadier Regiment No. 89 2nd Battalion & Field Artillery Regiment 24 3rd Battery Officer’s Pickelhaube Plate

A very rare officer’s Pickelhaube plate; attributed to both the 2nd Battalion of the Mecklenburg-Strelitz Grenadier Regiment No. 89 and the 3rd Battery of Field Artillery Regiment 24. Presented in excellent condition, retaining nearly all of its original factory gilt finish with fine detail throughout.

A scarce and desirable officer’s plate from two historically linked units of the Imperial German Army.
