GERMAN WWI IRON CROSS 1st CLASS RARE VARIANT

An unusual example of the Iron Cross first class non-maker marked, convex construction, thin needle type pin, with some wear to the black finish to the central core. This example is an unusual piece, being 4.2 cm across the arms of the Maltese cross, and is smaller than the standard known examples.
