German WWI Iron Cross 1914 in Its Presentation Case

A particularly superb quality example of the 1914 Iron Cross, featuring a flat back and stamped ‘935 silber’ on the pin. The KO maker’s mark is clearly visible below the hook. This piece is in near-mint condition, retaining all of its original black finish on the central core.

The presentation case is flat-topped and covered in black artificial leather, adorned with a bright silver Iron Cross emblem at the centre. Inside, the lid is lined with white silk, while the base is fitted with dark purple velvet, complementing the medal perfectly.
