A very fine example of a large size NCO or 1 year Volunteer shako for a Prussian Jager regiment, good bright body, all stitching to the peaks secure, no congealing to leather, complete with its officer quality highly gilded and cut out crown front plate, NCO quality field cockade, enlisted ranks national cockade, enlisted ranks quality leather strap with a black patent finish, to the interior a nice quality mid brown officers leather sweatband with a contrasting maroon silk officers inner lining.
