GERMAN VERY RARE AVIATION VETERANS FLAG OF THE POST WWI PERIOD

Printed on both sides, good clear colour, measuring 395cm x 200cm showing the Iron Cross in the top left-hand corner within a section of the red, white and black colours of Germany. The remainder of the flag has the black and white stripes of the war flag with the large central logo in black, white, blue and yellow of a winged propeller. No moth damage. Good selvage edge. The initials ‘FWP’ are embroidered into the selvedge edge. Some other minor stains. We believe this rare flag to be of the Aviation Veterans Association.
