GERMAN/LATVIAN SS SOLDBUCH

An extremely rare soldbuch, dual language type in German and Latvian. A magnificent photograph of the holder, face on, half bust, wearing his SS M.43 uniform with runic collar patch, M.43 cap with metal skull attached showing light piped shoulder straps. Entries from 11th February 1944 to 12th May 1945 when in hospital, served in the 4th Latvian Grenzschutz from the 11th February 1944 transferred into the 5th Latvian Grenzschutz Regiment on the 26th September 1944.
