BULGARIA WWII HIGH-RANKING OFFICERS COMBAT TUNIC

This rare tunic of World War II is a Bulgarian high-ranking officers four pocket combat tunic. Constructed in deep olive drab, the four-pocket tunic has pocket flaps in the Austro-Hungarian style. All of the buttons of the composition type show the Bulgarian Lion. A lighter shade of olive green collar with officers' collar patches. Recently, a very fine Bulgarian World War II and World War I collection sold in an auction in central Europe. Bulgaria remained neutral until March 1941 and then went into alliance with the Axis powers until September 1944, when Bulgaria reached an agreement with its allies.
