British WWII Personalised 43 Dated Kukri Display Piece

A superb military issue kukri personalised by its wearer. Standard kukri shape with a darkened finish overall and one small chip near the point. Faint markings visible, including the last digit of the date ‘43’.

The entire hilt and wooden sheath are covered in beautifully hand-woven wickerwork. There is minor looseness of the strands at the tip of the sheath, but overall it remains in incredible condition considering its age.
