British WWI Trench Waders

An extremely scarce piece of British WWI equipment — a matched pair of canvas trench waders, issued to soldiers and officers alike as the war progressed and the harsh, waterlogged conditions of trench life became evident. Constructed from thin rubberised canvas, each wader is clearly maker marked and dated 1918, complete with its original broad arrow-marked paper label. Both examples are a matching pair, each marked size 5 with identical manufacturer’s details. An exceptional and highly desirable item for completing a British trench mannequin display.
