BRITISH WWI CANADIAN ARMY MEDICAL CORPS HELMET

A issue quality  Brodie helmet with an officer's liner from Hawkes & Co Savile Row. The interior liner is in superb condition with its original chinstrap. Patent date on the liner: ‘1917’. The helmet is basically an enlisted man's helmet with the officer's liner inserted. The red flash to the front is from the Canadian Medical Corps, with the outline of the Rod of Asclepius. Attached to the helmet is a nicely typed label being descriptive of the helmet, completed by the original owner.
